Since our initial quest for a home, and our first contact with you and the firm you represent, it has been a very rewarding event. We would like to express how much we value having you as the individual who represented us during this somewhat exhausting exercise. You have since the begining, made this one of the easiest transitions that we have ever faced. Your professionalism is only outdone by your sincere zeal for ensuring that we could attain our goal...getting a home that we really liked.
We feel that you took the time to understand our needs and indeed expended energy that was beyond the call of what was truly necessary. The end result was our being more than satisfied with your services and you as an individual.
I don't think we can thank you enough for all your wonderful efforts and we look forward to being able to refer to you as a friend when we eventually do move to the area.

Here's Our Story~~~The Next Chapter
My name is Jeannie Clare. My husband Tom and I talked about looking for our first house back in September 2006. At the end of October, we decided to check out the MLS website. Before too long, we found a house that we were interested in looking at. So, we decided to email the listing agent and within 1 day, she had gotten back to us. That is where our relationship started with Tamara, on a professional level, as well as personal.
Tom and I know absolutely nothing about buying a home. Tamara made it so much easier for us. If we wanted to look at 1 house, the appointment was made. If we wanted to look at 10 houses, the appointments were made. Tamara showed us 47 houses in total (yes, that’s right, 47), and she was absolutely wonderful. Her patience, kindness and awesome personality made it fun to look at houses. There were, at times, a whirlwind of emotions on a lot of levels, but she was strong enough for the 3 of us to see it through to our next house, or the mortgage company. She was prepared for anything and everything that came our way. With Tamara on our side, there was no stopping us, we were determined to get a house, and she made sure of it. We didn’t realize what was involved in buying a house, she did it all. She introduced us to someone who could put us into a mortgage, explained everything in layman’s terms, dealt with vendors, dealt with other realtors, etc. You name it, she did it.
It got to the point where we were calling Tamara on a daily basis, whether it be myself or Tom, but she was okay with that. She invited us into her home, we drank numerous cups of coffee together and we bonded.
Finally, in April 2007, six months later, we found our house!!!! Wouldn’t you know, it was the very first house that we looked at? When Tamara called to give us the news, she was genuinely excited for us, as if she had just purchased the house herself.
It has been an exhausting search, but with a person like Tamara to see us through it all, it was definitely worth it.
Tom and I are truly happy to have found our dream home. This is a new chapter in our lives and we are honoured that Tamara will be a part of this new chapter.
We have, and will recommend Tamara Holt to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. It was a pleasure working with her.

We thought that now we have settled in our new house, we would take time to sit down and write to you and express our gratitude for all of the hard work that you did on our behalf, during the purchase of our new home.
We are sure that were it not for your professionalism, dedication and willingness to go the extra mile, our move to Canada would not have gone so smoothly. When we first started looking for a Realtor to help us find a new house in Windsor we did an extensive search of the internet and contacted several Realtors – yours was the fastest and most comprehensive response we received. We were flabbergasted when within 5 minutes of filing an inquiry on your web page we had a reply from you explaining the procedures for buying a house in Canada.
Communication was excellent throughout the process and it was clear that you were actually interested in us and wanted to find us the best home available. Every evening whilst still in England we excitedly checked our emails for the listings you sent us. Every house listing was to our specifications and we were really spoilt for choice.
As we prepared to emigrate to Canada and we became worried about how we would be able to move across and buy a house and where we would stay whilst we completed our purchase you provided us with the answer. Your suggestion to come to Canada for a house buying trip worked really well for us. We shall always be grateful for allowing us to stay with you and your family whilst we were looking for our home. Looking for our home with you was a wonderful experience, during that busy week you worked tirelessly, often late into night searching for listings and were the perfect hostess. Our friends and family back in “the old country” can not believe that you and John took us into your home and treated us so warmly. When we had last minute issues due to the bank moving the goalposts at the last moment you were there to smooth troubled waters. Then you drove all the way from Windsor to Toronto to collect us from the airport when we landed. We shall be forever grateful.

Hi Tamara;
I felt I had to write to you to document my treatment from your realty company. After reading an article in Moneywise magazine, I decided to investigate Leamington and environs with a view to living there. I asked a realtor (not from your company) to find me some properties to view. After three days with this women I had seen four houses all listed either by her or her company and out of the four only one met with the criteria I had listed. It was at this time I fired her and God smiled on me and I found Tamara Holt of your company. I haved lived in England, Spain, South Africa, U.S.A and Canada and I can honestly say that Tamara is the best realtor it has been my privelege to work with.
