Finding the right Realtor should not be a difficult process.  Realtors claim to be knowledgeable, professional, provide friendly service; and trust that your residential real estate needs will be handled in a confidential and caring manner.
  I had to contact over 20 Realtors before I found an agent, Tamara Holt, that was sincere; met the above criteria and went beyond the call of duty.
  In my move from Winnipeg to Windsor, Tamara was one of the only Realtors to phone me long distance and enquire about my real estate needs.  She set me up with advanced Mls listings, and informed me of the desirable areas that my budget would allow.  She stayed within my budget, and did not try to persuade me into purchasing a property that I could not afford.  She really listened.
  Tamara also provided me with a list of motels to provide me with temporary accommodations while I searched for my property.
  Upon my arrival, Tamara scheduled properties to be viewed immediately.  She was very attentive and accommodating to my schedule.  In fact, we viewed about 40 properties within 9 days! 
  To do so, Tamara and I worked harmoniously scouring the listings, e-mailing, and phoning each other, day and night, to find the perfect property for me.
  During the viewing process, Tamara was very knowledgeable and  she would provide me with important information about the property and the location.  She always acted in a courteous and professional manner.
  When we presented the offer, she was very good at negotiating on my behalf, I knew that she was attempting to get me the best deal possible and the mission was accomplished.
